How do you stay fabulous?I strongly believe in health and wellness and make it a daily part of my life by practicing healthy habits of fitness, nutrition and selfcare.
What would you do with the $40,000?I am committed to educating and providing tools, resources, products and services focused on generational health beginning with brainstem health. My mom lived to 100 years old and left a legacy on the importance of taking care of yourself. I plan to use the $40,000 to provide education, products and resources to communities in need to break some of the disparities in healthcare.
