At 31 I moved from Istanbul to LA searching for my truth. At 45 I declared my truth to be the light for myself and others, as “Dr. Shiny.”.

I love the human I’ve become & becoming.🥰 I love my life, my why. I love the wisdom club 40 brought to me. 💝 I love that I have the experience + the inner strength + the cosmic energy + dreams in my heart + and my unstoppable inspiration and motivation to keep going, training and certifying the next generation of coaches & leaders to leave my legacy behind. I love that I can live in full alignment with my truth, standing against the norms as a single lady with no kids but big dreams.
How do you stay fabulous?I take care of my whole self, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I go to gym, I do yoga, I walk, I do biohacking, I eat super clean, gluten free, dairy free, very little sugar and just 1 or 2 glass of wine a month. I meditate 🧘🏻♀️ journal, build my team, serve my clients, study 📚. I did my PhD, now working on my PsyD in metaphysical psychology. I love being a nerd and having my time and freedom all dedicated to be the light first for myself and others in the world.🌎
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest it back in my business, hiring more fabulous women to join me in my mission to make this world a more conscious, gracious and a delicious place for all of us to live in alignment with our truth, love and light.❤️✨
