I’m more confident, self-assured, selective, and at peace in work and love. I've worked hard to get where I am, and more able to enjoy slow moments and simple things that make me happy! I’m proud of my career and having more time to write, speak, volunteer, and be a mentor for young adults. I'm doing inner work, leading with humility and gratitude, and it's been rewarding to see discipline turn into habits to results.
How do you stay fabulous?I eat mostly organic and whole foods (with cheat days, of course, because I do love sweet treats). I'm crazy about sun protection and self care; I get regular facials and beauty treatments. I move my body! Most mornings I'm walking, running, swimming, paddle boarding, or playing on the beach with my dog. I'm part of a weekly run club and I cycle on greenways.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d divide it among several goals: I'd bank my stem cells because who knows what the future holds? Then, I'd treat my parents to a European adventure to London, Rome, and Paris. I would invest in my business and other opportunities, and perhaps rent short term housing in either Jackson, WY, or Nashville, TN. Those places call to me!
