Entering my 40s, analyzing the fluctuation of my weight due to life events, while my face remain youthful. After celebrating my 41st birthday, it felt like my body had regenerated, and I wanted to look and feel like I was in my twenties again. The best part was that I no longer had to learn what to do to get back in shape, as I already knew what worked for me. I have always been athletic since my youth, and now I am challenging myself to change habits and showcase my transformation to the world.
How do you stay fabulous? To stay fabulous, I went back to my days as a track star, waking up at 4:00 a.m. to go for a run at 4:30 a.m. before starting my work day. I also started eating foods that I enjoyed, instead of just eating what my family considered "too healthy." From high school to college, I was always called the nickname "rabbit" because my family was vegetarians.
What would you do with the $40,000?I plan to use it to pay off my business debt and reinvest in my business and community. I would like to bring our service to the community youth. Also with an newly launching of our mom and daughters coed business "Glow Beauty Travel Spa" where we specialize in facials and Skin Care, partners and brand affiliate with "Nu Skin."
