Being over 40 means embracing a deeper sense of self and confidence. I love the wisdom that comes from life’s experiences—knowing who I am, what I want, and what truly matters. It’s the freedom to prioritize my happiness and well-being, whether through my journey as a cancer survivor, thriving as a single mother, or stepping into my new role as a yoga instructor. I cherish the ability to reinvent myself, rediscover passions, and enjoy life with a renewed perspective.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous requires embracing self care physically, mentally, energetically and spiritually. Yoga, nutrition, community are top priorities as I've grown.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40K, I'd expand my yoga career through advanced certifications, or even open my own studio. I'd invest in health and wellness for myself and my family, supporting our growth and well-being. I could create a fund for my children’s future or take us on enriching travels. I’d also give back, supporting cancer survivors or single mothers through mentorship or programs. Finally, I'd invest for long-term financial stability or pay off debts for peace of mind.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
