Turning into my 40's has brought me so many new gifts in life. I have been able to embrace and grow within these changes. I believe that our lives are created by our mindsets. Mine is set at 36! I have two amazing kids who have taught me to keep harnessing my inner child and keep a good sense of humor along the way. I know that my body is changing and as I get older, instead of resisting this change, I am learning to grow and embrace it and I love the woman I have become after 40.
How do you stay fabulous?Laughter, gratitude, trust and faith have been my main stapples in life. I look at life like being on an ocean. Somedays are calm, others stormy, and then there are the days that I am catching the waves and surfing my buns off! I have been through a lot more storms and have learned how to turn this into making me rather than breaking my spirit. I practice meditation, getting outside to take in nature and love helping others as a Wellness Coach. Being the light in someone's day fills my cup.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would be so grateful to have the opportunity to join the amazing group of women of FabOver40. This would be like winning the lottery in itself. Winning the money would help me and my family out so much. I have been a single mom and working hard throughout to help support us. It has been a struggle trying to get ahead. We have been without a vehicle and it has been tough to get around. I would love to be able to teach my son how to drive. It would also be amazing to have a down payment for home
