I love the freedom that comes with being over 40. Through the growth, healing, and transformation along the way, I’ve gained a profound sense of who I am and what I want and deserve. Life is richer now, as I fully embrace the experiences that shaped me, travel the world, and help others tell their stories through transformational books. Each year brings more wisdom, more self-assurance, and the confidence to live boldly and unapologetically.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by nurturing aligned, enjoyable relationships with friends and family, and a deep connection with my husband. Travel, a healthy mind and body, and a mix of pilates, yoga, and weight training keep me strong. I love healthy food (with a side of indulgence), and laughter is a must! Staying open-minded, always learning, and embracing the willingness to be wrong and grow keeps life exciting and full of opportunities for expansion and joy!
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40k, I’d invest in my future and future generations of storytellers, helping aspiring authors share their truth with confidence and courage. I’d also treat my husband to a special getaway as a thank you for being such an incredible partner on this journey. It’s all about creating impact, love, and meaningful experiences!
