This self-awareness empowered me to make choices that align with my true self leading to a more authentic and satisfying life. Turning 40 was a transition into a new phase of life. Embracing this new narrative allowed me to celebrate the unique strengths and experiences that come with age.
How do you stay fabulous?I took charge of my health with regular exercise, mindful eating, and stress management practices that not only enhanced my physical well-being but also contributed to improved mental clarity and emotional stability. I work out 6 days a week, am active with my son, and my soldiers, and am a competitive Figure Pro bodybuilder.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would first pay for the first few semesters of college for my son. As a single mother, I want to be able to open the door for more opportunities & success for him. I would then allocate money into my retirement fund, support charity, and add to my savings. I would invest the remaining into my businesses and give back to those who supported me in the journey of being able to do what I love and purpose for.
