Being over 40 is a beautiful revelation! What once seemed distant has become an abundance of experiences that shape who I am today. Each lesson, each challenge has prepared me for life with wisdom and grace. I embrace the excitement of learning and growing, knowing that my journey is just beginning. I wouldn’t trade this phase for anything; it’s where I truly come alive!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing grace in all aspects of life. My daily routine includes movement, journaling, and meditation—practices that nourish my mind, body, and soul. Mindfulness and compassion guide me, allowing me to lead with love. Nature is my sanctuary, reminding me to honor myself and stay connected to what truly matters.
What would you do with the $40,000?I will use the money to build a healing center. My mission is to empower women of all ages to embrace self-love and see their true beauty in the mirror. As The Beatles said, 'All you need is love'—and I want to spread that love far and wide!
