What I love about being over 40 is the deep sense of self-awareness I've gained, both mentally and physically. It’s taken time, but I’ve learned that living with real transparency, kindness, and love for others brings me true fulfillment. I now understand my limits—whether physical, emotional, or in commitments—and that has been key to staying energized instead of drained. I’m no longer just saying “yes” to everything, but instead focusing on how I can truly guide and help others grow.

I stay fabulous by mixing a little spice with a sense of humor to keep things light and grounded. Establishing routines that nurture both my body and mind is essential. I love working out, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with my kids. My skincare routine is a must, and I enjoy reading to keep my mind sharp. Fueling my body with quality supplements and clean eating rounds out my approach to wellness. It’s all about balance and finding joy in the everyday!

If I won the $40,000, I would help my son with his first year of college, pay off debt, and set aside some savings. I'd also tithe and give back to a local organization that supported me during a tough time. It's important to me to invest in my family's future while also showing gratitude to those who have made a difference in my life.
