I’m 68 and that just means I’ve lived 68 fabulous years. I’m not “getting older”. I think young, act young and have a gratitude attitude!

The freedom to be me! I’ve learned to accept and love my unique self, flaws and all. I’m a twin, so individuality is important. Being over 40 has opened up so many more possibilities because I’ve learned to cast aside the fears and doubts we consume ourselves with in our younger years. What others might view as physical flaws (wrinkles, age spots) I view as living life! I smile a lot, I laugh a lot, I get outside and enjoy this beautiful world. Being over 40 is just fantastically fabulous!
How do you stay fabulous?Thinking young, experiencing new things, whether it’s, food, people, places, etc., never losing the wonderment, the awe, the joy in all things! Fueling my gratitude attitude every day. Being in the moment. Turning negatives into positives! Keeping mentally and physically active but also knowing when I need to recharge. Balance is everything!
What would you do with the $40,000?Pay off a few bills, make a donation to the Breast Cancer Foundation in honor of my sister-in-law and my twin sister and then take me and my 4 siblings on a family vacation that we never got to experience together growing up.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
