Meditate regularly🙏 Laugh everyday 🤪 Listen to calm music 🎶 Putting God in the center of my life, of my family. Spreading love, share kindness, do good things to people makes me happier ❣️ Going to the gym regularly is not only for physical improvement but it is also for mental health
What would you do with the $40,000?Donate some to church and other charities as my way of saying “thank you” Treat my family most especially my parents ❤️💙 Save for rainy days. Make some investments.
