How do you stay fabulous?Sleep 8 hours, stay motivated, exercise, sing, dance, have fun and horseplay around with all of my grandchildren, maintain my eating habits, drink plenty of water, laugh a lot, go on dates with Hubby, great lovemaking (sex) with my Hubby, say "no" when necessary, no stress, speak up, Christian Gospel singing artist, positive lifestyle, pray, mentor young females, work smart, smile, no smoking, no drinking alcohol, no illegal drugging, change hairstyle often, wear quality clothes and footwear.
What would you do with the $40,000?Pay down my mortgage on my home, pay off debt, education fund for grandchildren, savings account, and aspire to invest in real estate.
