What do you love about being over 40?

Age is my super power. Age has given me grace. Grace to accept and embrace my body and its changes over the years. Grace to recognize wisdom comes from experience and fostering that experience into my sense of purpose. Grace to know that this body and mind need and want nurturing. Grace to recognize and appreciate my wonderful friends and family. There is so much grace in expressing gratitude. I am grateful for this beautiful world we live in and all the gifts God has given me.

How do you stay fabulous?

I like to stay fabulous with exercise, eating healthy food and 100% taking care of my skin. The exercise part has always been easy for me. I love, love, love the Les Mills platform. Finding the right skin care products makes all the difference! My skin is radiant from using the Maelove products and regular visits with my esthetician. I love fashion and jewelry. My earrings are always unique and fun. I have learned to ask for help. There are many fabulous resources for everything you need.

What would you do with the $40,000?

Oh, what fun I could have with $40,000! First, I would dedicate a portion to Miranda Lambert's Mutt Nation charity and also to a charity that supports child literacy and the arts. My best friend and I have talked forever about taking a fabulous trip to Ireland and Scotland! We would explore every nook and cranny and have a Fantastic adventure! Finally, I would invest any additional funds in a start-up company.
