I become more confident! thats the one the i love being 40! After spending a lifetime hating my body, I make peace with it and appreciate what it can do.. I appreciate that i can move,dance,run and the realize that the world wont end if i gained 2 pounds!
How do you stay fabulous?I take care of my body not only physicially,emotionally but most especially my mental health. Let go of negativity, It can consume you if you don’t take control, so letting go of your negative thoughts is an absolute must. If you allow thoughts of worry, insecurities, of past mistakes it can drain your energy. I now focus myself to simple things yet makes me happy! I enjoy small company but worth spending time people.. my love ones.
What would you do with the $40,000?If i a have a chance to win $40,000. i would love to spend it with my love ones.. and save some for the future maybe a well deserved vacation?
