Being an empty nester and, enjoying this new chapter of life with my husband of 32 years. Together, we love to travel and explore new cultures. My journey as a teacher and youth advocate for over 30 years has inspired me to recently launch my own non-profit organization, focusing on providing education and training to youth aged 18-24, addressing the critical gap in resources for this age group.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by focusing on whole-body health, enjoying regular massages, working out in my weekly Step classes, and engaging my mind through workshops and discussions on education. Maintaining balance is important, and I love shopping, visiting my grandchildren, staying involved with my church, and karaoke nights. To me FABULOUS happens inside and is reflected outwardly! My greatest asset is living life passionately and fully!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000, I would invest in my non profit, FOCUS Leadership: I would use the funds to develop new training and education programs for youth. I could hire additional staff, offer more resources, or create scholarships to support more students. Additionally, I could invest in marketing to raise awareness for our organization, reaching more youth in need of education and training.
