Turning 40 has been a liberating experience for me. I love that I am free to live a happy life, unburdened by the insecurities and uncertainties that often accompany younger years. This stage of life has brought a sense of clarity and confidence, allowing me to embrace who I am and pursue my passions without hesitation. I cherish the freedom to make choices that align with my values and wisdom to appreciate the simple joys of everyday life. Being 40 means living authentically and fully.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous at 40 involves a balanced approach to health and wellbeing. I play basketball and volleyball, and run 5Ks to stay physically active. I also prioritize my mental health through meditation and quiet time. Eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and nurturing social connections are key. Embracing a positive mindset and practicing gratitude daily help me live a vibrant, fulfilling life.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would first renovate my downstairs bathroom, ensuring it’s working properly, modern and comfortable. The remaining funds would be used to create unforgettable memories by taking my daughter, my best friend from high school, and her daughter to Paris. Celebrating our 40th birthdays together in such a beautiful city would be a dream come true, filled with sightseeing, delicious food, and bonding moments that we would cherish forever.
