Career wise, this is often a peak time, with decades of experience allowing me to be more strategic, respected, and influential. I have built lasting friendships and connections, and I understand the importance of nurturing those bonds. The confidence to say "no “ to things that don't serve me.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous over 40 by prioritizing self-care and balance in every area of life. Whether it's through regular exercise, mindful eating, or nurturing your mental well-being with meditation or hobbies I love, I invest in feeling my best inside and out. I also stay connected with what inspires me. reading, traveling, or learning new things that keep your mind sharp and engaged. My personal style reflects my confidence and individuality, embracing what makes me feel powerful.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40,000 and wanted to help others, I'd focus on something deeply personal to me-like supporting a friend or family member struggling with health bills or education costs. Sometimes the most meaningful impact comes from directly lifting up those close to you. l'd also consider investing in local causes that address real issues l've seen firsthand, like supporting shelters for the homeless or contributing to mental health programs in my community.
