I still haven't set my brain that my age is 40. Inside I feel much younger. Watching my son make a life for himself. Motherhood is always rewarding! I think have a very stable safe environment allows us to thrive while focusing on ourselves. Strengthen from the inside.
How do you stay fabulous?Lots of walking. I love Nature walks. I stretch all the time and do some Yoga here and there.
