I love seeing my patients get well. Seeing them go from rock bottom to living life again. It's also rewarding being a professor and teaching the next generation of mental health care providers.
How do you stay fabulous?I get plenty of rest. Drink lots of fluids. Exercise 3 to 4 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes. Lastly I set aside time for myself everyday to meditate and journal. Time for self reflection helps me to grow as a person and a professional.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use it to provide free lab services to my patients. Many of my patients are struggling just to pay for their medication and appointments. I would like to help them by paying their lab costs.
