What do you love about being over 40?

I love being over 40 for several reasons. I've put the time and effort into being a mentor for several young Martial Artists and Models. Having 20+ years of experience doing the things you love has given me a great sense of accomplishment. 40 is also a common division change in Karate tournaments so I can face new challenges and new experiences.

How do you stay fabulous?

I keep my skin fabulous by using facial products derived from snail peptides that I get from South Korea. They leave your skin with a healthy glow. I keep my mind sharp by reading and journaling daily. I also meditate. I keep my body fabulous by exercising, mostly Martial Arts, shadow boxing and jogging. I also like to run through the basic empty hand katas of Isshin-Ryu.

What would you do with the $40,000?

I would definitely put it towards a small house in Kyan Village (Kinaka) located in Okinawa, Japan, where the current Grandmaster and Eldest son (Kichiro Shimabuku) of the creator of Isshin-Ryu Karate currently has his dojo. That way I can be close to and train with the Elders and those tho started the IWKA (Isshin-Ryu World Karate Association).
