How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by committing to my mind, body, and spirit. My workouts keep me physically strong, but I also practice mindfulness to maintain mental clarity and emotional balance. I prioritize my health, whether it’s hitting the gym, nourishing my body with wholesome food, or taking moments to reflect and recharge. It’s all about staying connected to myself and knowing when to give extra love to any part of my journey.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000, I’d invest in the continuance of building my fitness brand, that focuses on what I love—healthy food, exercise, and mindfulness. Whether it’s a fitness clothing line, a workout studio, or hosting retreats and events, my goal is to create a space that empowers people to push through life’s challenges. I want to help others prioritize their health—mind, body, and spirit—while being intentional and mindful in their journeys, just like I’ve done in mine! 💋
