I love the freedom my age gives me to really take a look at my life. I wouldn’t change a thing! Every failure has taught me how to move forward. Being a woman’s speaker for over a decade has really help me settle into my 40’s and I look forward to the next 40 years! I love that this age is the happy medium between different generations. I can be old and looking for my reading glasses, or I can go out dancing. Either way I’m right where I'm supposed to be in life.
How do you stay fabulous?With help from a circle of women that I surround myself with. I have learned as I have gotten older that you can’t walk through life alone. A healthy check and balance system of women from all backgrounds is so important to staying to best version of yourself.
What would you do with the $40,000?My second book, Atom’s Secret has recently been published. For over 20 years I stayed in a vicious cycle of abuse. Most recently I met my Audio producer via Audio X. I found that her life ran very parallel to mine, which is why she wanted to help produce the book to begin with. With the 40k I would fly to Europe and meet her and help other voices of women that are currently struggling to break free from domestic violence.
