How do you stay fabulous?Meditation, hot yoga & intermittent fasting changed my mind, body & soul a few years back. I am focused on embracing mindfulness, positivity & a growth mindset through lifelong learning. I eat nutrient dense foods as much as possible, limit alcohol & caffeine, and I avoid chemicals by developing & using my own all-natural skin products. I also spend as much time as possible with my three sons and dog- their energy is infectious and allows me to feel playful.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000 I'd support my son in college, ensuring his education is secure. As a single mom, I'd invest in expanding my all-natural skin serum into a business, turning my passion into a thriving venture. Lastly, I'd set aside funds for travel, enriching our lives with new experiences & memories.
