I have suffered all of my life with a negative self image, I hit 40 and decided to change that inner voice to one of self love.

I love the wisdom I have acquired over my lifetime; but now over forty I trust my own opinion and thoughts. I love who I am now and as a young woman I didn’t. I like that I strive to help others find their best happy selves. Being in control of my childhood traumas looks amazing on my skin as well.
How do you stay fabulous?I eat smart and exercise daily. Body mind and heart.
What would you do with the $40,000?My son is raising his son alone and doing an incredible job. I would use the money to help him have a vacation for the first time in 10 years and the rest would go towards my grandsons needs. A nest egg to build on via investments. But I would take 1000 just for me to enjoy a weekend at my favourite spa with the love of my life.
