I love how I’ve evolved into the person I am now physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Life lessons I’ve learned. And how I can share that insight with others. I love how my life is at this age more than ever.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by taking care of my health…eating healthy, staying in shape by doing what I love such as yoga, boxing and cycling. Of course taking care of what’s on the outside as well… so important to take care of your skin, especially over 40. I keep my skin care regimen very simple. But I can’t stress enough that sunscreen is my lifesaver! Oh and drinking water water water daily! So important as I’m sure you all know.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would probably use that money to help my family, my extended family that are in financial need. Also put money towards both of my children in college to help pay for their education. And maybe save a little on the side for me to travel with my husband😉
