Ah, the golden age! Over 40, I get this incredible mix of wisdom and experience. There's something really empowering about knowing yourself inside and out, not sweating the small stuff, and being able to focus on what truly matters. Plus, I’ve probably refined my taste in everything—from fashion to friendships—so I get to enjoy the best of life with a fine-tuned perspective. Ever had those "I wish I knew this in my 20s" moments?
How do you stay fabulous?I try and work out four times a week. But it’s also about realizing being fit is also mindfulness and spiritual balance. Knowing what makes you balanced inside and out. What your expectations of your 20’s may not be you life expectations of your 40’s or 60’s.
What would you do with the $40,000?Plan a trip, home country is beautiful. Travel from east to west, a road trip. Enjoying the oceans and the mountains my happy places.
