I am finally coming into my own as an independent, free thinker, mother, small business owner, and visionary in the field of mental health. I am excited about new love, adventures, and continuing to live mindfully and in the present moment. I love overcoming fears that no longer serve me. I love being a leader, a friend people can rely on, and a mama. It's a new era, and I'm soaking up every minute. :)
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing my mental health above all. I love getting out into nature, as I find it very grounding and healing, especially regarding my anxiety. I walk each day while focusing on my vision board dreams. I also love to treat myself by indulging in guilty pleasures like decadent chocolate cake or binge-watching reality shows like Real Housewives. I take high-potency omega-3 fatty acids and make sure to have my shot of ACV each day, which certainly keeps the doctor away.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won the $40,000, that would be the greatest miracle from God. I would use a portion of the money to invest back into my business, Woosah Wellness, where we make it our mission to offer affordable, quality mental healthcare to the great people of New York and Florida. I would also invest in myself by completing a certification in accelerated resolution therapy for $1600. I would get ahead of my rent for two months. I would take a much-needed vacation—yes, a vacation. I would show love. :)
