I love the mental clarity that comes with being over 40 I have realistic views on life and more optimistic to the challenges that come I can honestly say that I finally feel like a complete confident woman.
How do you stay fabulous?I focus on prayer first then I believe that it’s very important to work on mindfulness being in the present moment is truly important to mental awareness and clarity. Next eating well and staying hydrated along with being active 2 to 3 times a week is a way that I stay fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?With my divorce came the sale of my home which has been truly traumatic. I haven’t lived with anyone since I was a teenager so selling my home, forced me to move in with my oldest child so I would use that money to purchase a new home for me and my son
