I am 42 years old with three grown children, two twin granddaughters, and n 8 month old granddaughter. I am a nurse and work way too much!

How do you stay fabulous?I try to keep the greys out of my hair and get my fingernails done. Spending time with my young adult children keeps me young at heart!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put that money down on a home with land.
