What I love about being a woman over 40 is the confidence and self-acceptance that come with age. I’ve learned to embrace my strengths and flaws, live authentically, and focus on wellness over perfection. My relationships are deeper, my career more fulfilling, and I no longer sweat the small stuff. This stage of life is empowering, full of wisdom, and brings a greater sense of peace, balance, and joy in living unapologetically.
How do you stay fabulous?To stay fabulous, I prioritize self-care, inside and out. I maintain a healthy lifestyle through exercise, balanced nutrition, and skincare that makes me feel radiant. I focus on mental wellness by staying curious, practicing mindfulness, and surrounding myself with positivity. Confidence is key, so I own my style, embrace my unique qualities, and keep evolving. Staying fabulous means feeling good in my skin and living with passion and purpose every day.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000, I’d invest in experiences that enrich my family’s life and my personal growth. I'd save for my daughters’ future, enhance our family’s well-being with a memorable vacation, and pay off some grad school expenses to ease the workload. I’d also treat myself to something special, like a wellness retreat or a project that brings me joy. It’s all about balance—taking care of my loved ones, my education, and myself.
