With age comes the wisdom to learn from your strengths and mistakes, empowering you to become a more resilient woman grounded in self-love and care. To truly inspire others, you must first learn to walk your own unique journey through life.

How do you stay fabulous?

Staying fabulous means having the courage to set healthy boundaries with yourself and those around you. It’s a mindset rooted in knowing who you truly are, regardless of others’ opinions or judgments. It’s about staying grounded, staying true to yourself, and showing compassion and love toward yourself, while extending those qualities to others as you navigate life. As an optimist, I always see the potential for good things ahead, which fuels my strong and fabulous outlook.

What would you do with the $40,000?

Recently, Hurricane Helene impacted my hometown of Augusta, Georgia, and my business was affected by the storm. I would use part of the $40,000 to cover recovery expenses and work with my financial advisor to make strategic investments that will help grow my business brand/podcasts, and most importantly, donate to a charitable cause/foundation. Additionally, I would share a portion of the funds with my parents, who are in their mid-seventies and been married for 54 years.
