What do you love about being over 40?

I love all of the life lessons and the insight I have. I love the empathy I have for other survivors of interpersonal violence. I am healed and I understand my privilege and want to ensure every human on this planet has the opportunity to heal from trauma on this earth. It shouldn’t matter your wealth status, your ethnicity, or your status in the community, we all deserve the opportunity to heal, learn the lessons we need to change our lives and pay it forward to our families, our world. .

How do you stay fabulous?

Hydrogen Water and Meditation to reduce Inflammation at a cellular level. Mindful eating so I don’t self medicate stress with food. Walking, hot yoga, and red light therapy for the best results.

What would you do with the $40,000?

I would use $1000 to write a book and the rest for the NGO work in Ghana, Nigeria, and in the Kingdom of Kush. I am an advisor to HRH Sir Clyde Rivers a civility leader mentoring humanitarian work all over Africa. He is a mentor to me with my Trauma Intelligence and Healing programs and the nonprofit healing work in Utah.
