How do you stay fabulous?It's all in the mind! I greet each day with gratitude, embracing my ever-changing body. Life's a playground - I move, explore, & savor every human experience. Balance is key: I nourish with healthy food & exercise, find peace in meditation and contribution. I can indulge in junk food and binge Netflix guilt-free. Why? I ditched self-shame ages ago.
