What I love about being over 40 is the confidence that comes with experience, the clarity of purpose in my work and family life, and the deep fulfillment of making a real impact while continuing to grow and pursue my passions. It’s a time of embracing everything I’ve learned and using it to empower others.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing “me time.” I make sure to include my daily workout, which keeps me happy and energized. By taking care of myself, I’m able to show up stronger for my family and clients, creating balance and well-being in every area of my life.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would invest in building my online course to reach and help more parents globally. I’d also enhance my sleep coaching business with better tools and marketing, while setting aside time for personal growth, such as additional certifications. Finally, I’d take a well-deserved family vacation to recharge!
