I don’t take life so seriously!None of us get out of this thing called “LIFE” alive anyway!So just enjoy every moment & NEVER take anything for granted!I’m thankful for my witty sense of humor that comes with experience!It’s powered me through some difficult times.I lost my dad while in school at U.T. Law & almost quit. So my spirituality & humor is what got me through. I now laugh that God must think I’m built for this because I’m literally the age of my son’s schoolmates’s grandparents.
How do you stay fabulous?My 13 yr old son keeps me Fab through the most up to date trends, music, fashion, & lingo! He also keeps me physically active through exercise. He is a football player & we work out together. So we stay active & busy! Next weekend we will attend Austin City Limits Music Festival together to watch The Cannons perform! I can’t wait! Being an older mother allows me to have so much more gratitude & patience than I ever could have had as a young mommy! It’s really FUN & that truly is my Holy Grail!
What would you do with the $40,000?I had plans to start a health food business 2 years ago & employ other single parents along with my 13 year old. Sadly, I was sued for custody which took almost 2 years to settle & cost me almost $40k in fees. So I literally had to put everything on hold. It’s been a very bumpy ride & the biggest blessing would be able to pay this all off & provide other struggling people with jobs.I want to be able to motivate & inspire others out in the community to never give up on their dreams!
