How do you stay fabulous?Self Care! Being aware of the changes my body is going through(Perimenopause) and staying ahead of it. Getting enough activity and rest and nutrition and definitely my skin care. I’m not a big make up person but I love good hair and skin care products. And I definitely need my Self Care Sunday for soaking in the tub. I definitely helps me manage stress
What would you do with the $40,000?I would start a Non-Profit to assist Parents with Mental Health disabilities. The non profit would provide community resources and assist with home renovations and organization to assist parents in the home care for their children.
