I am a single mom who has faced years of trauma and has transformed it into my greatest strength physically, mentally and emotionally.

I am truly grateful to have reached a point in my life where I am embrace and love myself, fully, just as I am. I’ve come to realize that the more I appreciate and express my own unique style, the more my confidence shines through. At this stage, I understand that the only opinion that truly matters is mine. In the past, I sought external validation, but now I stand strong in my own assurance. This new found self love at this age is both empowering and fulfilling.
How do you stay fabulous?I wake up each day with a greatful heart, staying committed to Daily workouts, mindful eating, and finding joy in the small moments that bring me peace. After learning how to move beyond the fight or flight response caused by my past trauma, I have experienced a personal transformation, especially once I hit 40. I’ve fully embrace my beauty and take pride in being a woman of color, which has empowered me to feel strong and beautiful. This journey has truly been about loving myself inside and ou.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were to win $40,000, I would love to open a meditation studio, where teen girls could have dedicated time to learn self love and support one another, some thing I only discovered later in life. I see too often how women tear each other down and it is disheartening. With the right guidance and support, these young girls can grow in confidence and learn to lift each other up. I am passionate about building a community where they feel empowered and show love to those who cross their path
