My 40s come with a level of self-confidence that I didn’t attain in my younger years. I have raised my kids, am established in my career and have learned to trust my intuition, which hasn’t failed me yet. I entered my 40s feeling so comfortable in my shoes. It’s a feeling that brings me comfort; that feeling like I’ve arrived where I belong.
How do you stay fabulous?A big part of this new sense of self-confidence is realizing that it is okay to do things for ME. It’s okay for me to take time to workout, to not feel guilty or not feel obligated to do everything for everyone. I stay fabulous by putting myself first, which gives me the mental & physical energy to then do more for others. It’s difficult for an empty tank to feel or stay fabulous. As a wife & mother in my 20/30s, my focus was trying to be & do everything & I completely lost my fabulousness.
What would you do with the $40,000?I am actively involved with several non-profits, so donations to each would be made. I live in Florida and was in the direct path of hurricane Milton, so a new roof on my home has become a priority. Anything left over will be saved and invested.
