I love how comfortable I've become in my skin, and how peaceful I feel in both mind and body. Having grown up with many hardships and adversity, I'm proud of how strong and calm I've become now. I have immense self respect and compassion for myself, which has grown with time. My burdens have melted away. At 45 years of age, I've never felt more whole. That's the best part of being over 40! I'm less attached from earthly dramas and more connected to spirituality and peace.
How do you stay fabulous?I make sure to lead a balanced lifestyle with regular self-care activities including massage and meditation. As a Singer-Songwriter, music keeps me youthful and curious about life. I use mainly natural cosmetic products and avoid excess toxins. I find that less is best as we age, really don't need to pile on the make-up, just let your radiance shine! Loving relationships, family and friends are at the heart of everything fabulous for me. Having compassion for others is also what gives me peace.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would first thank the universe by donating a portion to a charity that feeds the hungry. Then I would help pay down my mother's mortgage, and spoil my siblings. I would put a good amount away to secure my future. But of course would spoil myself and my twin sister with frequent spa days and buy a brand new guitar and keyboard!
