Forming deeper bonds with those I love. Having a better awareness of how fast time truly goes….and implementing that into daily thankfulness. Being able to finally *slow down* and breathe. Forming a deeper bond with myself. Being a better parent and friend. Showing up and being present in the here and now.
How do you stay fabulous?I make sure to uphold boundaries with people. Including friends and family. Also, ladies, taking time for ourselves is NOT selfish. It is mandatory. Self care is something that society has convinced women is “bad”. If we are to show up for those we love we have to first show up for ourselves. If we don’t pour into our buckets first how can we be expected to pour into others’? Stretch and wear sunscreen. Set daily intentions and have forgiveness for myself when I slip up. Drink my water!!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would both pay for my childrens’ future schooling and pay off some of my school loans (I was an ER RN for close to 8 years, now I teach at a high school career tech-I have 52 amazing kids!—Hi guys!!). I’m not gonna lie…I’ll probably take my family of 5 on a little vacation to up north Michigan also 🥰
