Embracing being over 40 brings a sense of confidence and self assurance that is earned through life’s experiences. I am more in tune with who I am, my values and what truly matters. I have a deeper appreciation for my body and my health and well being on this journey that is life.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing confidence, prioritizing health and living authentically. Self care : Consistency with skincare and using good quality products, sun protection, hydration, healthy eating and exercise. Fitness : I stay active with various types of exercise. Embrace aging : Aging is natural and beautiful I don’t fight it. Balance : Maintain a balance between work my personal life and rest.
