What I love about being over 40 is the confidence and emotional freedom that comes with truly knowing myself. I don’t feel pressured to conform to others’ expectations, and I embrace who I am, flaws and all. It’s empowering to walk through life with the wisdom gained from past experiences, and it’s exciting to know there is so much more to learn. At this stage, I prioritize what genuinely matters—my health, meaningful relationships, and pursuing experiences that bring me joy.
How do you stay fabulous?My tribe keeps me fabulous! My tribe surrounds me with love, support, and endless inspiration. These are the people who lift me up and help me navigate through challenges with grace. When I say “Hey, wanna be in a flashmob?” These are the people who say, “Yes!”. When I say, let’s dress up like Mrs. Roper from Threes Company to support a local charity they say… “Ummmm….. Okaaay.” LOL I feel empowered to be my best self because we fuel each other’s energy and growth.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest $40,000 into growing FAB Empowers, a unique and transformative organization designed to uplift and empower women over 50. The funds would be used to develop inspiring events, life enhancing workshops and mind-body retreats that focus on self: self-confidence, self-esteem, self-image, and self-awareness. Master the relationship you have with your ‘self’ and you can do anything! My goal is to make personal development fun so females can feel fulfilled, supported and fabulous!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
