As I approach my 50th trip around the sun, I have come to appreciate the knowledge and wisdom I’ve gained through my many life experiences, good and bad. Maybe it’s the 49 years, or maybe it’s the experiences that have given me the confidence that I have now that once escaped me as a younger woman.
How do you stay fabulous?My positivity and zest for life, my two incredible daughters who are my best friends, my love of fun adventures, seeing great live music, and New Orleans Mardi Gras are what help me stay fabulous. All of these things feed my soul and keep me fresh, young, and radiant. I 100% believe that you are as young as you make your mind up to be!
What would you do with the $40,000?As an elementary school teacher, this cash prize would mean the world to me, as would the spa vacation. My daughter will be studying abroad this summer on a full scholarship, and I would love to be able to take my husband and our other daughter to visit her. I would also like to take my sweet 84 year old mother and all of my siblings on a beach vacation. The five of us have never had a family vacation together with our mom, and I would love to make that happen for her.
