What would you do with the $40,000?Easy… my parents are getting older and have a little extra property next to them and with or without the money, my 5 yr goal is to build a A Frame next to them and help take care as they might need additional help here in the next bit… I’m also a single mother so paying off bills and helping my daughter, Charlee, get started with some savings for college.
