Well I’m a wife and mom of 3 boys, I am a nurse practitioner, I work as a specialist in Endocrine and I own my own business and I’m fun! Lol

How do you stay fabulous?I make sure to sleep. Sleep is very important to me. I will schedule my time wisely to be in bed at a decent hour. I am also a big believer in limiting alcohol and eating nutrient dense foods. I eat a lot, but I try to stay away from as much processed foods as I can. I also love to laugh! I think social connections and the ability to stay young at heart keeps you young physically and enhances your spirit mentally.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take a safari trip to South Africa and take my whole family. Ever since I was a little girl I wanted to go to Africa. My kids love animals and I think it would be a family experience of a lifetime that we would never forget.
