What I love about being over 40 is that I have never felt more comfortable in my skin as I do now. I have established myself as a successful teacher for almost 20 years. I have traveled all over the world. I have accomplished some of my goals, such as, publishing my first book and completing my yoga’s teacher training. I have learned how to prioritize my health and family. I feel extremely grateful for the life I have created for myself and the opportunities I choose to enjoy along the way.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by surrounding myself with positive people and exploring things that make me happy. I give myself permission to to incorporate self care in my life, such as, bubble baths, spas, journaling or photography. I eat extremely clean and visit the gym 5 days a week. I am diligent about getting a good night sleep and read books that empower my mind and help me improve on myself. I enjoyed getting monthly facials and massages. I give myself permission to be silly often.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would want to start working on my business idea to inspire other women on how to be healthy and happy. I want to be a motivational speaker. I would donate money to a few charities that are dear to my heart. I would treat my parents to a weekend getaway to say Thanku for always supporting me with my dreams, through divorce and cancer. I want to show them that I am grateful for everything they have provided me with and still do. Then buy a book for each of my kindergarten students.
