What I love about being over 40 is the newfound freedom I have found in authenticity. I have learned care for my body and mind, and how to be a good support to other women, including my daughters.
How do you stay fabulous?I take time to do hot yoga, write poetry, and to learn new things so I can constantly be improving my body and mind. I also rest when I need to rest. I set short-term and long-term goals in order to keep evolving.
What would you do with the $40,000?I am a single mother and a teacher. I would use this money for a down payment on a home.
