This time in life allows for reflection on past journeys and excitement for the adventures to come. Embracing this stage wholeheartedly brings a sense of contentment and fulfillment. How do you stay fabulous?I have a daily exercise routine that includes practicing and performing dance, beach walks during breaks from work, and walking in our residential neighborhood with my husband when I come home from work in the evenings. Breathing fresh air brings me so much positive energy. My grandmother taught me many life lessons, she lived past 100 years. I learned her healthy lifestyle lessons as a young girl. She exercised daily, had a balanced diet and included meditation And good sleep every day.
What would you do with the $40,000?Out of the $40,000 , I plan to allocate 5% to charitable philanthropic causes In Thailand. This money will go to organizations that support children who lack good parental care and don’t get the life lessons . I received from my parents and grandmother. This small contribution can make a significant difference in their lives and help meet their basic mental, dietary and education needs. The act of giving to those in need brings me a deep sense of fulfillment that satisfaction.
