Being over 40 means embracing self-confidence and not worrying about others’ opinions. I love focusing on what brings me happiness, like yoga, which keeps me centered and grounded. This age allows me to appreciate my journey, celebrate my accomplishments, and prioritize my well-being. I’m empowered to live authentically and inspire others to do the same, showing that age is just a number and joy comes from within.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing my health and well-being. Eating healthy fuels my body and mind, giving me the energy to embrace life fully. I also practice yoga to stay centered and active, which helps me maintain both physical strength and mental clarity. Surrounding myself with positive people and engaging in activities that bring me joy keeps my spirit vibrant. It’s all about nurturing myself from the inside out!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40,000, I would buy my son a car to celebrate his high school graduation and support his transition into adulthood. A reliable vehicle would give him independence and help him pursue opportunities as he starts this exciting new chapter in his life.
